NTPC Recruitment 2022: National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Limited has invited online applications for 177 posts for various coal mining projects, including 74 posts in Mining Overman and 103 in Mining Sirdar posts. The recruitment drive is being conducted on fixed term basis for three years. Interested candidates can submit applications by visiting ntpc.co.in. The last date for submission of applications is March 15, 2022.
Qualification
Candidates applying for 74 Mining Overman Posts should have Diploma in Mining Engineering from recognized Institute. Candidates applying for 103 Mining Sirdar Posts should be Matriculation/10th pass, having valid Sardar Certificate of Qualification issued by DGMS for Coal and a valid First Aid Certificate issued by St. Johns Ambulance Association.
Age Limit
The upper age limit for Mining Overman & Mining Sirdar Posts is 57 years.
Experience
Candidates applying for Mining Overman Posts should have minimum 05 years post-qualification working experience in open cast coal mines while Mining Sirdar candidates should have at least one year post-qualification working experience in open cast coal mines needed.

Application Fee
Candidates belonging to General / EWS / OBC (NCL) category will have to pay a fee of Rs 300. Which will be non refundable. Eligible candidates can make payment through offline mode. Candidates are required to approach the nearest SBI Branch along with the print out of Pay-in Slip which is available on the Application Registration Portal. Candidates can also pay the fee through NetBanking, Debit Card (Rupay Debit Card only), or Credit Card.
Before proceeding to fill the online application candidates have to make the payment. Candidates can download the generated slip with the unique registration number. After successful payment, candidates have to fill Challan number, Bank reference number and date of payment in the application form.
